Cookie Policy

What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They serve various purposes, from remembering your preferences to tracking usage patterns.
Our approach to cookies
We have designed our website to use as few cookies as possible. Essential cookies are always on; marketing cookies only run if you accept them in the consent banner. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer.
Analytics — no cookies
We use Umami Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics tool that is entirely cookie-free. It does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track individual users across sessions or websites. All data is anonymous and aggregated. Umami is hosted on our own EU-based infrastructure.
Cookies we use
| Cookie | Purpose | Type | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| cookie_consent | Remembers your cookie preferences | Essential | 1 year |
| lead_engine_auth | Session authentication for the intake form | Essential | Session |
| _fbp | Set by Meta Pixel to measure ad performance and attribute conversions. Only set if you accept marketing cookies. | Marketing | 90 days |
| _fbc | Set by Meta Pixel when you arrive from a Meta ad, to attribute the visit. Only set if you accept marketing cookies. | Marketing | 90 days |
Essential cookies are necessary for the website to function and cannot be switched off. Marketing cookies are only set if you accept them in the consent banner.
Marketing — Meta (Facebook / Instagram)
If you accept marketing cookies, we use the Meta Pixel to measure how our advertising on Facebook and Instagram performs. The Pixel sets the _fbp and (if you arrived from a Meta ad) _fbc cookies on your device and shares pageview information with Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.
We also use Meta's Conversions API server-side. When you submit the intake form, a hashed copy of the data you voluntarily provided (email, name, phone, country, city) is sent directly from our server to Meta to attribute the lead to a campaign. The Conversions API does not set cookies on your device — it runs on our legitimate interest in measuring marketing effectiveness, and the data is hashed before transmission.
Meta acts as an independent controller for this data. Their privacy policy is at facebook.com/privacy/policy. You can opt out of Meta's use of this data via your Meta account settings.
Managing cookies
You can change your cookie choice at any time by clicking Cookie settings in the footer. This re-opens the consent banner so you can accept or reject marketing cookies again.
You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Please note that blocking essential cookies may affect the functionality of our website (for example, the intake form may not work correctly).
For more information on managing cookies in your browser, visit allaboutcookies.org.
Changes to this policy
We may update this cookie policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
